"cx complaint of unit not dispensing ice and making a high pitched whine when trying to get ice. Checked unit and found ice clumped in ice bin causing auger to lock up and whine. Home has high humidity inside over 50%. Advised cx to empty and clean ice bucket every two weeks due to humid air hitting ice bin everytime door is opened. Removed clumped up ice from bin and tested unit, verified both crushed and cubed ice is dispensed, unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint of humming noise. unit is in a large storage area and unable to fully test. plugged unit in and drain pump kicked in, unit in pump out mode. reset unit and found code f0-e5. cleared codes and tested unit, valves are clean and are being actuated, but unable to confirm water flow due to units location. found weak susension causing basket to bounce. verified no kinks in pressure line and good flow/resistance while blowing through line. called saftey to document s/r 7733755026; ordrng 1 W10780045 (suspension)"

cx complaint of unit leaking since repair. checked unit and confirmed leak is comming from drain stand pipe overflowing onto floor. advised cx she must call a plumber to correct the issue. cx agreed. advised cx she may be liable for service call if called back and no issues are found with the unit.
