"cx compliant unit not cleaning good. checked unit. found f0e3 overload code, advised cx on loading procedures, and cycle usage, also cx using powder detergent. advised to try liquid detergent, and run 2 clean cycles to clear detergent, ohmed components, found small resistance to ground O and P wires to ground indicating failure in wire harness.; ordrng 1 W11568984 (harness)"
