Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load to test. Unit ran and sounded much better and cx said it was tolerable. No further work needed.

"CX complains unit is still making noise during high speed spin. Ran unit through quick cycle with load to replicte issue. Unit is still cavitating during spin cycle. Unit still shows no errors and does not seem to be off balance. Called techline with findings due to being repeated issue, spoke to Nate who said as long as unit is finishing cycle, has no mechanical errors, and is doing what it is designed to do then issue is cosmetic. Was able to go around the inside of the rear panel with isolation material to help quiet it down. Unit sounded better in diagnostic testing. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load. unit now sounds much better but unit will need foam tape installed for proper repair. "CX complains unit is making a loud noise during spin cycle. CX shared video of noise, unit seems to be making noise from being slightly off balance. Unit shows no error codes and unit is making noise from drain hose movement only during diagnostic testing. Was able to remove excessive slack and minimize noise. Ran unit through quick cycle with load, unit is still cavitating but at a much lesser rate. Called techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 7736690675 who said beyond what was done to reduce noise, no parts or adjustment can be done. normal operation. no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED"

cx complaint unit not cooling after previous repair. inspected unit and found room temp in both compartments. checked in area of previous SS service and found dye at discharge tube and condenser. unit will need new condesner and accompanying pipe. 3 call count.; ordrng 1 WPW10346415 (condenser) and 1 WPW10233569 (tube) and 1 W10507884 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer)

replaced the compressor and drier and when pulled vac to verify to see if leak is in evap found to hold 29-30 in stayed for 15-20 mins and no raising. i then filled to 5.00oz of 134a and at that required scaled amount was readin 4 on low and 120 on high unit started cooling. appears to be in specs and checks good
