"Cx complaint is that the unit is not making ice. Upon arrival I ran test 56 and found no errors. I then ran test 57 and the ice maker was able to harvest properly. I then ran test 45 and heard the valve activate but did not dispense. I found that the fill tube is frozen. I then tested the heater and found that it is getting 120 v. I also found that the valve is not closing completely and allowing water to drip and freeze in the bin. I am ordering the valve, fill tube heater Ice door and bin. Cx complaint is that the unit is not spraying any water. Upon arrival I found that the unit is filling but the sump is not activating. I accessed the control and found that the sump is reading OL. I then accessed the sump and verified the reading. I then replaced the sump with the pre Id'd one. The unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the gearcse and other related parts. I then tested the unit and ran the DLMS calibration. Unit is functionjng as intended. job complete.

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a noise when agitating. upon arrival the Cx showed me a video of the unit making the noise. I found no error codes. I accessed the bottom and found that the rotor screw had loosened. I inspected the components and found that the gear case shaft has vertical play in the shaft. I was unable to get the wash plate off to access the spanner.
