customer stted that the unit wasnt cooling. verified issue and fnd little to no frost pattern on the evap.. unit has a failing compressor.. need parts...; ordrng 1 w11578209 (compressor) and 1 w11572047 (evap) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 1 w11461099 (inverter) and 2 2callcount (2 call count)s

Element replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer.

Customer complaint is that the unit is not heating. Unit tested and issue confirmed. Have good power to the unit. Element tested open. Unit needs a new element.; ordrng 1 WP3387747 (element)

"Customer stated that the unit is still not making ice. Ice maker was recently replaced. Ran test 57 and the ice maker cycled properly, but dropped no ice. Ran test 45 and the ice maker filled properly. Checked ice box and freezer temperatures and found the ice box around 16 degrees and the freezer around 8 and slowly dropping. Ran test 15 and the sensor does change state, but is delayed. Cycled power to the unit and retested the bin sensor. Delay remains. Ice maker turned off. Ordering UI.; ordrng 1 W11579559 (UI)"
