"came out to replace parts on unit , disassembled and replace all parts needed for repair . while testing unit found air gap on the door at the bottom right corner . found door warped causing warm air into unit . ordering new door for repair to unit .; ordrng 1 W10856289 (door) and 1 W10171475 (gasket)"

cx complaint the unit is not able to hold the drawer up if any product is in it. verirfied complaint. found that the bracket that holds the drawer up and is mounted to the shelf was not mounted correctly. adjusted the mount and tested again. now the drawer does no fall out. showed cx and got cx approval. she advised me it will work then fall after a couple times. ordering drawer holders and drawer to make sure the issue is resolved. unit is purchased within thrity days.; ordrng 1 WPW10308849 (pan-meat) and 1 W11051442 (left track) and 1 W11025586 (track right) and 2 WPW10468555 (meat pan track)s

cx complaint the unit is making alot of noise. checked the unit and found a roller that was sticking and a squealing roller. repalced all parts and tgesgted operationl. unit is running as designed.

"replaced the control and wire harness. put the unit back together and tested operation. unit is running as designed. tested in a normal and a draing and spin. no error codes present. cx does not have hot water hooked up therefore, i advised them to use the tap cold settings. recommend getting the leak fixed for hot water."

cx complaint the unit is not filling. checked the unit and found that the control has a short in it. it is sending voltage to the drain pump any time i start a cycle. continuosly trying to drain as it is filling the tub. unit needs a new control and a harness aswell. parts on order.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (wire harness) and 1 W11633362 (control)
