"cx complaint is a loud grinding noise. cx said it doesnt happen everytime. seems to happen with smaller loads when spinning at high speed. i spun basket by hand, it spins freely and quietly. i checked for codes and found F6E3. cleared code, ran service cycle. during spin unit made tapping noise that got faster as basket sped up. i inspected under unit and found the rotor bold had backed out. it was more than halfway unscrewed. i remvoed the rotor and inspected. found no damage to anything. put rotor and bolt back in tightly. ran high speed spin, agitation calibration cycle with no issues or noises. unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint is the unit not running, leaving clothes soaking wet. checked for codes and found F8E1 long fill. found no flow from cold valve. replaced with preIDed part and tested again. unit is now owrking as designed."

Installed temp sensor and restored power. Started cycle and f24 returned right away. Unit needs control board. Quoted cx. She is going to shop around for a new unit before deciding to repair this one or not. Called office to figure out refund amount for temp sensor. I out original sensor back in. ; snapped 3 QuickPics

cleared debry from the drain line. the old line is not kinked or damaged. tested unit several times. unit is working as designed.

Customer complaint freezer door will not shut all the way arrived today and verified complaint inspected unit and found both screws on backside of rails had worked on way out which then caused rails to not slide. In all the way went back and tightened both screws tested door rails unit is now working as intended and sealing properly job complete
