Cx complaiont that unit is flashing f01 ccu baord fault reset and trouble shot per tech sheet and same thing that part is W10326995 nla and cant be repaired.; ordrng 1 W10326995 (ccu baord NLA)

CX complai t was that the unit would not drain. I found that the unit had a F21 error code. I was able to access the drain pump and took a restiance read of the pump and found 7.2 OHM's od resistance. I was able to replace the pump and then tested. I found the unit tobe be opperating as designed. Unit test good.

replaced evap and compressor and drier and pulled vac and filled to scale weight and allow time to cool properly collected the ;labor owed.

"CX complai t is that the FC is not cooling. I found that temos ing the FC ar 19-20 degrees when set to 0. I also found RC temos @ 33 wehn set to 34 degrees. I found low to no frost on the RC evap. Unt will need 1 sealed system repair. Parts needed are 1 compressor (W10779331), 1 drier filter (WPW10143759), 1 RC evap coil (W11492867). I collected $139.00 for service charges via credit card. CX will owe $700.00 for labor charges if repair is wanted. Parts are covered under 120 month limited parts warrainty.;"

I was able to access and replace both the LH & RH door hinge. I then tested unit and unit test good.
