CX complai t is that the unit stoped draining. I was able to manuly vac the unit dry due to 4 day old standing water. I found that the harness was frayed/ kinked at the drain pump connector on the harness side. I was ablemto access and replac ethe lower harness. Unit test good.

Cx complaint unit no cool. Was able to access unit and found defrost failure. Used steamer to clear ice. Found heater harness severed. Quoted cx for repairand collected full amount. Replaced heater and activated in diagnostic. Unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not cleaning clothes. Was able to access unit and verify model and serial. Entered diag to find F7E4 basket engagement failure. Ran auto test and found unit filled and drained but couldnt spin or agitate due to failed parts. Area surrounding unit and underneath was unsanitary and cx will need to have it cleaned up for return or service will be denied. Scheduling return for Thur 11/16/23 with slider and clutch; ordrng 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider)

Cx complaint unit not making ice. Found cooling off and no water to unit. Turned cooling on and entered diag and ran test 44 and no movement. Found loose connection. Ran test 44 went through harvest and 45 valve activated. Unit checks good no further work needed
