"Upon arrival I tested WM and pulled 4 codes. F3E2, F0E4(water temp faults), F5E1(lid lock) and F7E9 (locked rotor). Replaced control per prior diagnosis. Found hot/cold water lines hooked up correctly. Tested unit several times and water was extremeley hot. Ordering inlet valve and thermistor harmess to correct water temp issue. Calibrated and tested and unit is working but want to address the temp issue instead of having multiple call backs. Cannot reschedule. Needs AIG auth"

CX complaint is ice issues. Inspected/tested and unit is making ice and dispenses it when the bin is full. Inspected auger and coupler and both is good working condition. Im thinking the CX did have the coupler lined up properly. Gasket at dispenser opening was popped of. Reseateed and that is repaired. Unit is working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint: gets warm, then back to normal intermitantly. Tested and verified complaint. 13 degrees in FC. 39 in RC. Ice ball on capilary but have full frost pattern. Defrosted capilary. Ordering evap harness. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; ordrng 1 W11050973 (evap harness)"

"CX complaint is return line freezing. Upon arrival temps were -3 in FC and 37 in RC. Issue here us water leaking down back of unit. Per prior diagnosis I replaced compressor, UV drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen and no leaks. Vac'd to 30in for 15 mins. Filled with 7.75 oz of R134a. . Final low side pressure was at 2psi. Unit is working properly. CX paid the $1100 labore charge by check. Job is complete"

Replaced FC door per prior diagnosis. Also found left top corner of cabinet slightly damaged. Noting and took pics. Tested all functions and working properly. No leaks Job is complete
