Cx complaint is that the unit is not filling with water. Upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. I then entered the diag cycle and found that the inlet valve is activating but only a small trickle of water entered. I accessed the valve and inspected the wiring and found no issues. I also inspected the water line and found that it is not kinked. I then removed the line from the valve and found that there is no water in the line. I verified that the valve was turned on. I informed the cx that the uniut is not getting water from the line and will need to have a plumber look at the supply line. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete.

cx complaint that unit is wokring but the unit is delivered and had a huge dent on the cabinet left side.. took pics inside 30 days call wp spoke to Rick about cosmetically non repairable and instructed call wp

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the heater/harness and the ice door. I was unable to power the unit. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the control and moisture sensor. I then tested the unit and found that it is functioning as intended. Job complete
