Cx complaint unit clicking and not doing anything. Was able to access unit and found that the model and serial sticker was faded to almost blank. Was able to barely make it out and found engineering code ending in 4 but receipt says 3. Contacted tradecare and cx will need to reach out to lowes to get the proper paper work and then to whirlpool for a sticker; saved tckt

Cx complaint clothes wet at the end of cycle. Was able to access unit and verify model and serial. Tested unit and found hot and cold switched. Corrected then calibrated and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint unit taking multiple cylces. Arrived at listed address and cx gave me updated address and number. Went to new address and verified model and serial and unit is under costco extra 1 year warranty. Tested unit and foudn unit to heat and when I removed vent screen the air was blowing back at me. Cx will need to have vents cleaned. Unit checks good no further work needed; ordrng 1 look (look)
