"removed and replaced infinity switches and element, tested, unit works as designed."

cx complaint of unit leaking water again. Checked unit and found suction tube frozen to compressor causing moisture to drip under unit. Checked unit and found defrost thermistor only reading 12 k ohms covered in ice. Removed and replaced defrost thermistor and activated heater to confirm function and heater is good. Unit is working as designed.

cx comlpaint of front burners not working until on high setting. checked unit and found switches not activating burners until atleast 1/4 turn and then cycle off quickly. unit needs both front infinity swithes.
