Confirmed cx complaint doors not closing. Found crush damage to front mullion strip. Documented issue with whirlpool, submitted photos. Whirlpool had me reach out to cx with SR# with instructions to have them speak with customer service about working through an exchange.

Replaced ice maker ice maker no longer leaking cycled unit working properly no other issues found

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit removed and replaced the element coils tested and inspected for proper use unit now functions normally
