Replaced each part tested unit. Everything worked as it should.

"The complaint was unit, and it wasn't draining when we got to the home, we tried to put it in a test mode, but nothing happened and it would not fill with water, drain spin or lock But all u I controls lit up went underneath the unit to test voltage going to the drain pump. And we only got 6 volts going to drain pump we ohms out drain pump and got At 19.6 volts, which is good, but the drain pump wasn't getting any voltage from the control board. Check The Wire harness, everything was nice and tight. Client will need a new control board.; ordrng 1 W11557935 (Control)"

Client's complaint was that gasket was not sealing completely confirmed. I receded the gasket back into the refrigerator use my heat gun to help it mode back to its original state Check everything Everything is sealing much better

cx complaint washer not draining. arrived found f9e1 f7e7. tested motor ccw and cw and specs were lower than3.6. also found drain pump ohm out at 16.9 installed new drain. unit is now drain. will need motor. connection at bottom were tight recommend replacing harness on return.; ordrng 1 W11283592 (mlotor)

replaced part and cleared drain pump.unit is now good.
