cx complant of unit not spinning found the pully on the motor is broken from the man pull nut comming off motor under warranty cx paid for service and install; ordrng 1 W10832724 (motor)

Customer complaint unit is not heating correctly and the light in oven on the left side keeps popping the lights. Customer stated that the light burned out and was told that the light bulb is not covered by warranty they went to buy a new light and burnd out too. The light assembly is shorting and blowing up the lights the unit will need new Light assembly. I tested oven and notice the unit is under cooking. Calibrated unit got to hottest 393 and then started cycling about 345 low and about 370 high. Unit is good. I went to calibrate the lower oven and it did the same thing the unit will only heats up to 340 and does not do anything until i cancel and start the bake again the unit then start to heat up pass 350 Called techline and they adviced to replace UI .ordering UI.; ordrng 1 W11292252 (light-oven) and 1 W11600643 (UI)

arrived no answer at door and i do not have data loggers. i called into oiffce they reached out and cx is not home. ordering data loggers and would recomend changing the thermister i have had this issue before after doing s.s. and replaced thermister and fixed issue; ordrng 1 dataloggers (data loggers)

Customer complaint unit is not heating properly arrived today and inspected unit. Found no error codes present found that customer had large metal pans on bottom of both top oven and bottom oven. Removed pans and using a temperature probe ran an average test cycle in top oven at 250°. Found of six averages. The ending temperature was at 249.33° explain to customer how the ovens work now and that temperature will fluctuate due to EPA regulations. Unit is working as intended job complete.

"Cs unit is at 40 degrees intermittenly, Couldnt confirm complaint. Temps are good at the moment. compressor max speed pressures +10+125 , temps 0 in fc 35-37in rc. All fans working, compressor running, good frost pattern, Rc evap thermistor 8.20k. techline, install data loggers. Also found FC door wiring harness frayed ,needs a new door. Please reach out to customer when we are availible to come out and install data loggers.; ordrng 2 dataloggers (data loggers)s"
