"cx has multiple issues and long list on unit. says on larger loads unit will not spin out and things are soaked still. they ver very upset with unit and whats going on and allthe money they are putting out for this unit and so on. found codes F0E7 F7E9. ran DLMS cycle first then factory calibration. called office about parts and the clutch or slidder was never installed or given to bring back and needed and units not getting to higher spins. ordered another for VS as im not getting parts back. 100 in stock and advised cx office will try and rush them back on schedule.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Clutch Re Order), used 1 W10734521 (Clutch BR VS) from stock"

"Cs unit is making a rattling noise, confirmed complaint, i found the blower wheel has frayed and its making the machine vibrate excessively. I was able to add some insulation to quiet it down but blower needs to be replaced. Ordering blower wheel and motor since sometime they need to be cut out.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (motor)"

cx complaint is unit just kept running and running and would not stop. turned unit off one day and the unit turned itself back on by itself he said. said even when unit was running and was full of ice said the unit kept running and felt warm and said the counter felt warm above unit as well.unit was off. i turned unit back on and to let run. he didnt touch or do anything or know how to power off the unit so turned breakers off awhile to kitchen to reset. unit is room temp and not running and is cooling and running as it should as of now. advised cx to leave unit on and running and if issue comes back to call us right away and leave unit on to proper test and check. unit checks and running as it should as of now. will leave ticket open a next few days to see how unit does in case he callls; saved tckt

cx has a few issues with unit. element is turning white and things dont get clen all the time and unit doesnt run right. units O-O-W and he knows. tested and checked unit. in auto test unit would just drain a min or two and then beep and shut off. would not run test. ran a normal was with high temp to try as well. ticket was called in on 11/21/23 a day day before 5 year entitlement is up. went over unit with him and parts needed. he will pay service call and call us back about repair when they get back.; ordrng 1 W11114745 (Console 5 year) and 1 W11341628 (Control 5 year) and 1 W10703867 (Element 90.03) and 1 W11084121 (Turbidity Sensor 50.48)
