Cx complaint unit leaking. Found spray arms seperating and gasket torn. Also found signs of leaking near dispenser. Ordering parts and once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W10803178 (lower spray arm) and 1 WPW10605345 (middle spray arm) and 1 W11177741 (tub gasket) and 1 W10861000 (dispenser)

Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit still not making ice. Was able to access unit and found ice in the mold. Only thing in freezer was a turkey. Removed Evap cover and found perfect frost pattern. Attempted to jump icemaker but found no rotation. Replaced icemaker and once powered on and door switch depressed icemaker harvested and filled. Reccomended cx put more product in to help regulate temp Contacted techline and spoke to Joe. Unit checks good no further work needed
