"Cx complaint unit doesn't dry dishes. Entered diag and found error code F10E2 vent motor fault. Ran test cycle and found the heating element come on but the vent doesn't open to release the exhaust. Condensation builds up inside and causes dishes not to dry. Ordering vent motor and deflector, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11649995 (air vent) and 1 W11545290 (deflector)"

REPLACED ALL ORDERED PARTS UNIT TESTED GOOD

"Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles and causing internal damage. Entered diag and found error code F8E1 long fill. Found paint chipping on the top panel running across the top of dispenser. The faucet switch and fragmented along the the lid. Ran test cycle and valve makes buzzing noise only adding hot water. The hot water is causing the paint to chip and the plastic on lid is brittle which caused it to fragment above hinge. Ordering parts, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11165546 (inlet valve) and 1 W11423769 (top panel) and 1 W11404468 (lid)"
