"Customer complaint, sometimes light under microwave does not come on arrive today and inspected unit and verified complaint found microwave works as intended but when I hit the light switch, it does not come on regardless of the setting. Disconnected power and removed cover and removed lightbulb and found socket on bulb was loose from glass and also the bulb was blown, ordering bulb for return visit and will install when part arrives. "Customers complaint brand new unit and they were afraid something was wrong due to the amount of noise coming from unit arrived today and inspected unit. Found unit is level suspension is tight and tub is perfectly round. Ran unit through test cycle found no error codes and found during test unit agitated and spun properly. Customer showed me a video of where the drain line is tapping the back of the unit, causing the noise during a spin cycle with clothes. I explain to them no matter what they do that hose is going to move due to it being connected to the outer tub. Explain to customer that they could use a zip tie and zip the line to the waterline or put an adhesive pad behind the unit so that the unit is not tapped by the drain line.unit is working as intended. Explained to customer how to use the machine properly job complete."

"Customer complaint about a week ago unit started making a loud metal noise coming from the freezer compartment. After about a day the noise had stopped and not come back for about a week now call Techline and was told to check the Mr. readings from control in the back of the unit And made sure temperatures inside freezer were correct to thermistors. Speaking with customer he did not want me to pull the unit out due to being dragged onto the floor even though I would have a moving mat that he did not want to move the unit because it is working right now and is afraid if he moves it, the unit would stop working again Inspected the freezer door and found gasket is sealing all the way, but it is possible because the freezer has so much stuff that the door may not have shut all the way little frost particles on rails inside of drawers tells me it is possible the door was not closed all the way And it has not happened since September when last part was installed, check temperatures and found 37 and one which were set on consul. Customer also has a thermostat inside of freezer and shows the average temperature which is also the same. Unit is working as intended job complete"
