"Per prior tech's diagnosis, replaced rotor, stator, clutch, and slider. tested unit and unit passed diag cycle with no issues. noticed a tapping sound and checked under the unit. the unit is sitting on 4 absorbers and in the center of them is a screw that is making contact with the floor. informed cx of findings. unit is working as designed. job complete"

cx canceled at the door. i put this quote together while waiting so i saved it anyway.

"Cs unit is making a grinding noise, I found the braket that holds down the motor to have vibrated off so the motor was shaking everywhere. The motor and blower wheel did not get damaged so i secured the hold down bracket and assembled unit to test it. Unit is now working as designed. I advised customer If bracket comes off again to call us back out."
