cx complaint unit not working. checked unit to find power cord not making good connection with outlet. was able to wiggle cord to confirm capabilities of unit. cx to have electrician to inspect outlet and repair. while in home noticed heat was not working spoke to cx to prevent pipes from freezing during cold weather in home left sink dripping in kitchen and bathroom.
