"cx complaint the unit is not cooling. checked the unit and found the coil is completely covered in ice. found a loose connection at the brown connector. therefore, the unit needs a new heater/harness. repalced with a new one and also replaced the thermistor. unit is running as desigend. advsied cx to monitor it for the next 24 hours. cx agreed.; ordrng 1 W11650660 (heater ar vs), used 1 W11650660 (heater harness ar vs) from stock"

7733796561 TJ came out to clear the restriction out of the system. attempted tp dp the cabonet and found reddish oil coming out of the steel line. unit has contaniments in the system. called techline to document and was told the unit is unrepairable. documented and let the cx know to contact whirlpool costumer service. cx agreed. left them with SR number.
