"cx complaint unit wont wash just fills and drains. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found error codes f8e1, f2e1. cleared codes and ran unit through a auto test. unit finished auto test with out issue. ran unit through a calibration test, and unit finished. i found the hot water was on the cold water side and vise versa. swapped hose and tested unit again. also i opened up both water lines into the unit and found water pressure is very low. advised cx to get a plummer to look at the water pressure issue. cx said they are a well. unit checks good."
