cx says the unit is not activating the dryer. found the motor hums when the start button is pushed. spun the unit by hand while pushing the button and the unit starts the cycle and heats good. the unit needs the motor; ordrng 1 WPW10448901 (motor-drve) and 1 WP696426 (wheel)

cx complaint is unit runs good when it wants and at times flashes a F3E1 code and they have to reset power a few times for unit to start back up. only code found was F3E1. tried to clear and reset and unit would not do so. cycled power off and started a normal cycle and unit ran an heated. console not always responding and glitching. will order parts needed as well as 2nd man and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11685960 (Control) and 1 W11603812 (Console)

cx complaint the unit isnt ice. found a frozen over fill tube. cleared ice from tube. unit should be back to normal by tomorrow.

It is not the dissatisfaction with the technician but with the company. We were charged double from what we discussed. I did not need the service charge or call as we had them order and bring the glass replacement. It was installed and we should have only been charge for the cost of the glass and the installation-- I think is was unconscionable for Via to charge for the bogus Service call. I would never use them again or recommend them because of the duplicity

Drew was a very knowledgeable, capable and informative technician. He was prompt, courteous and very pleasant.
He immediately knew what the problem was and efficiently took care of it.
If I had problems with any other Whirlpool appliances in my home, I would request that he be the technician that would be sent to handle it.
