Cx complaint is unit not cooling. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found the compressor to be defective. Replaced the compressor from previous diagnosis and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Cx complaint is unit not cooling both sections. inspected and verified complaint. checked the compressor and got a good amp draw with it running. checked the evap for a frost pattern and it was a little low but still good. went to check damper and found it hanging off the cabinet a little. cx was quoted on last visit for a damper repair and declined. cx installed his own damper before this visit. found second hole for screw and multiple wires pinched on the harness coming out of the cabinet. Called WPTL and spoke to Andy. per WPTL unit is non-repairable due to wire into the cabinet being severed. giving SR# to cx to reach out to cx service for further steps. job complete

Cx stated unit was shaking all around and shut off inspected tested and verified cx complaint found unit gave F0E5 error code for off balance inspected and found cx had a blanket in the unit that shifted to one side and gave the unit an error code. Tested unit after clearing code and unit is working as designed job is complete.
