"Cs unit only ran one cycle now it just beeps, confirmed complaint. f9e2 drain issue. Water in the over flow. Ran test cycle and it completed it fine, upon futher inspection I found the drain line was routed to a old vent system which can cause a restriction and also no high loop. Drain line is going directly down back to the unit. I rerouted the drain line directly to the sink and installed a high loop. Ran another test cycle, unit is now draining good with no leaks. Advised customer to use the unit as normal , if she still has any other issue call us back out. Unit is now working properly."

"replaced lower harness. found white wire from J3-4 to shifter open. ran calibration and autotest. both completed properly, no errors came back. even waited thru a drain and spin cycle to be sure unit is good now and that completed too. unit is now working properly"

cx complaint that unit is not dispencing water and found when filter out again great constant pressure and wa sable to replaced filter housing and insert filter back in and test full psi and never dropped and now appears to check good.
