Cx complaint is that the unit is still not heating. Upon arrival I foundn that the is still not heating. Upon arrival I found that the unit is getting 120 volts to L1 and 120 Volts to L2 but when testing both it is showing 0v. I tested the voltage at the outlet and found the same readings. I informed the cx that the power supply is still not correct. Cx is getting an electrician to reinspect the power supply. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a noise when running. Upon arrival I found that the turntable motor was not running smoothly. i also found that the ring was jerking as well. I replaced the ring and the motor. Unit is now operrating as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes as it should. Upon arrival I found that the unit is coming on spinning but not heating. I accessed the terminal block and tested the incoming voltage. I found that the unit is getting 118v on L1 and 0v on L2. I also accessed the element and found that it i reading 10.2 Ohms. I also found that the tco is reading .6 Ohms. The unit is functioning as it should. I informed the cx about the incoming voltage and that an electician will need to look at the power supply. Job complete

"Cx complaint the door won't unlock. Removed top panel and manually opened door. Restored power and the drain pump came on for 3min and shut off. Entered diag and found error codes F5E2 lock fault, F9E1 drain fault and F0E2 oversuds. Ran test and found suds built up in basket. Drain pump came on but didn't remove all water after test. Gave cx quote for drain pump repair, and they're going to contact WP about a P&L, being warranty had just expired. Cx paid $139 service fee; snapped 3 QuickPics"
