"CX complaint: unit squeeling. Tested and verified complaint. Unit is stacked so i was not able toopen it for full diagnosis. What i have so far is that this sounds like metal on metal scraping. Possible drum seal wore out or support roller/idler bearing. Ordering drum seal, support rollers, roller shafts, idler pulley wheel and marking blower wheel for return visit. Cannot reschedule due to 2 techs needed.; ordrng 1 280114 (drum seal) and 1 WPW10359271 (roller shaft) and 1 WPW10359272 (shaft) and 1 279640 (idler pulley)"

Replaced Ice maker per prior diagnosis as well as sealed gapes with insulation tape. Charged CX $50 for labor. CX paid in full by CC. Unit is working properly. Job is complete

"Replaced motor, wheel, pulley and belt as per previous diagnosis. Unit failed air flow test and i informed the CX of this. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete"

"CX complaint: stopped without completing cycle. Tested and verified complaint. F3E2, F8E1, F0E4, F2E1error codes. Valve thermistor tested at 0.6ohms. It was no where near that hot based on chart. Quoted CX price to replace valve W11165546 and saved quote. CX paid 120.00 for service by CC. CX did not approve repair at this time. Job is complete"

"Replaced Basket, agitator, slider and gearcase. Calibrated unit after repair then retested. WM is now working properly and to CX satisfaction"
