"Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Upon cutting into the system i found the system to be full of refrigerant. Most likely the compressor got to hot and mechanically seized causing the sudden cooling loss like the cx experienced. After compressor cooled off, it was able to cool again. Replaced compressor, coupler and drier from previous diagnosis and refilled with 48g of r600a. Unit is now working as designed. job is complete."

Installed conversion kit from previous diagnosis and adjusted burners. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Temps in FC were good but the RC is not getting under 55 degrees. Found RC fan not running. Exposed evap fan and verifed it getting 12.7VDC but not coming on. This was causing the RC evap to freeze up and cause poor cooling. Replaced evap fan from previous diagnosis and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

"CX complaint is no cool. CX first stated that she had to unplug the unit to defrost it threw me off. Unit has had issue with RC evap freezing over. There was no prior SS work done to this unit. While evacuating refrigerent I found the the unit was indeed full. Replaced compressor, inverter board and installed UV drier.Ordering 3way valve, solenoid and returning with RC evap in case. UV drier will confirm this. 2ct SS on return check presure.. Final pressure was 14 on LS at RC evap..; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid) and 1 W11575003 (3way)"

"Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the FC at 12 degrees and the RC varied from 70 on top shelf to 35 on bottom shelf. RC fan not running, RC evap frozen over and unable to remove the evap cover at time of visit. Cx is going to unplug unit for 24hrs and then plug it back in to try and restore cooling in the meantime. Ordering evap cover and control to resolve defrosting issue. Cannot rescheudle at this time.; ordrng 1 W11610999 (evap cover) and 1 W11664342 (control)"
