"CX complaint washer not starting. Inspected unit, found lid lock stuck n locked position with the lid open. Resetted power but it didn't unlock. Replaced lid lock using pre id part. Ran a drain and spin cycle, the unit worked as designed, the lid lock locked and unlocked ok."

CX complaint about unit not starting tried power button not working then put unit on test mode no errors I was able to run diagnostics test 12 after it was done unit resume working if problem persist will need console to be replace & 2 TECHS UNIT IS STACK left an estimate CX PAID FOR SVC CALL THRU APP

cx complaint unit is nosiey. inspected unit and ran it and sounds decent rear panel does rattle some. adjusted rear panel and retested and sounds better. unit is good to go
