came out and replaced parts ordere and checked over unit. advised cx she will see ice in the next few hoiurs. job complete.

replaced parts ordered and tested unit. great flow out door. had him try and hes pleased. unit checks. job complete.

replaced the guide and tested. the unti is now good

"Cx complains that the panel cover coming off, inspected unit, the display has a letter A and console is defective, air vent leaks air. and damaged the ui board, order parts; ordrng 1 w11660284 (console) and 1 w11649995 (vent) and 1 w11632709 (ui board)"

cx complaint is unit was doing good and had good water out door and then slowed down. took filter out and dumped in a cup and there were pieces in cup. replaced and got all ar out to purge and valve is loud and water was out fast and then slowed down. theres plastic pieces in the line thats restricking filter. pressure is good when you clear but then comes back. also valve is louder then it should be. will order parts needed. all parts are in stock. cx rescheduled for 11/17; ordrng 1 EDR4RXD1 (Filter) and 1 W11548535 (Valve)
