Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not doing anything. Was able to access unit and found it flashing F9E1. Tipped unit back and found harness severed. Temp patched and drained unit but drain pump making loud hum. Ordering harness and pump and setting return for 12/1/23; ordrng 1 W11643701 (lower harness) and 1 W11399437 (drain pump)

Cx complaint door closure issues and not dispensing right amount. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Adjusted doors so that they werent rubbing and had proper gaps. Calibrated measure fill and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed
