cx complaint unit bangs around when in a spin cycle. inspected unit and found 0 saved error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found when unit was in a spin the spin basket was uneven. unit needs spin basket to correct issue. once cx gets spin basket they will call and set up a retrun visit.; ordrng 1 W11513243 (spin basket)

"i was able to access unit and replace the compressor, dryer, evap as per previous visit. I pulled system into a 30in vacuum that held for 30mins. I then charged system with 50g of R600A. advised cx 24hrs for full cooling. unit checks good."

cx complaint unit isnt producing dry dishes. I found cx is not using rinse aid. I found heating circuit to have 6.5amps through it. unit is working as designed. unit checks good.;
