"Cx complaint is washer leaking. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the cx has a floor drain that keeps backing up and causes water to be all over his basement floor. When the washer drains or the cx runs water upstairs, water will back up out of the floor drain. This is not an issue with the washer, the unit is not leaking water. Called WPTL to document due to it being escalated. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."
