Cx complaint was unit wasn't cooling confirmed issue The thermostat was reading about 36°. The unit was set to 36 Biggest issue i've seen in client's unit was that he was blocking a lot of the air vents in the refrigerator with food Client said he will adjust the temperature and clear the back wall some Check Evaporator evaporator had a great frost pattern Everything with the unit was working great while I was in the home

cx complaint is the unit only filling. cx said it fills for so long they are scared its going to spill so they stop the cycle. i started a normal cycle. lid locked and unit began filling. unit started agitating while filling after a few minutes. unit stopped filling and switched to wash. i canceleld cycle and checked for error codes. none saved. ran service cycle with no issues. calibrated unit. working as desingd.

replaced DW motor then tested unit no leaks and everything was working as it should

cx complaint is the unit washing. checked for code and found F7E1 no heat. cleared code. ran service cycle. unit filled but wash motor did not run. control board is sending 123vac to wash motor but its not running. unit will need a new wash motor. quoted cx for repair. they paid in full. please put cx on cancellation list if sooner appointment opens up.; ordrng 1 WPW10605057 (pump and motor assy)

installed all ordered part and restored power. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. ran calibration cycle. unit is working as designed.
