As per previous was able to access unit and replace parts. Calibrated and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

"CX complaint is that the filter housing is leaking when filter is out. I found that a pressure stream is coming out when the filter is out. I am ordering 1 filter house (WPW10121138). Once the part is avalible , please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 WPW10121138 (filter housing)"

"AS per Technical Service Pointer was able to access unit and verify concern. Replaced with updated part and ran unit. Unit operates as designed no further work needed; ordrng 1 W11537778 (element (JL VS)), used 1 W11537778 (element (JL VS)) from stock"

"Cx complaint unit making noise during use. Found that the motor is ramping up fast causing wear on the belt. Replaced motor and belt and ran calibration and auto test. Found no noise in agitation but during spin the internals of the gearcase are making noise. Attempted to remove wash plate which was seized ordering gearcase, splutch, shifter along with wash plate and hub along with 2 call count since it will need cut to remove. Once approved and in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10752283 (wash plate) and 1 W10528947 (hub)"

cx complaint that unit isnt sealing ocrrectly. and when arrived i checked and she saw some wrinkles on the gasket and was able to smooth out much better and seal the gasket unit now checks good.
