"cx complaint unit was spinning and said cycle woulnd finish said unit would keep filling with water then drain it out. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none. tub is leaning to the rear right. checked under unit an gearcase oil is starting to leak, gearcase shaft has alot of play in it causing the slider clutch to wiggle alot. ran service cycle and slider does make a noise. checked under agitator and had some lint build up but unit is clean. leveled unit and informed him gearcase bearing is going bad . cx wife showed up and she had more issue. dispenser staying full of water. i then infomred cx whast going on and i reomended her to call whrilpool to get extended warrenty. collected for service fee"

cx complaint fills but doesnt run. aerrived and confirm ran service test got error codes f4e3 and f7e1. cleared codes dw filled but motor did not come on. motor is getting 120v but not working. also cx removed hose and installed it wrong so unit was leaking tried fixing hose but i think he damaged the hose. gave cx quote will reach out if they wish to proceed with repair.

cx complaint unt is not heating.inspected unit and could confirm.found thermostat OL.further inspection i found coild and ignnotor to be bad.unit will need a new burner assembly.

cx complaint oven door not working. arrived installed both parts door is opening and closing ciorrectly making a complete seal. repair complaetre

replaced drin pump and tested unit now working properly
