i was able to access unit and replace the cam and belt as per previous tech. tested unit and found unit now checks good.

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a noise when it is agitating. Upon arrival I spun the basket by hand and found that something is rubbing. I accessed the bottom and found that the nut has come loose from the gear case shaft causing the splutch and belt to rub the cover and casue excessive wear. i was able to tighten the nut . I am ordering the splutch and belt. I was able to set the return vist for Monday 11/6 Am preference.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)

Cx complaint is that the unit is still not cleaning the dishes properly. Upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. I also found that the sump is spraying as intended. I I found that the unit is functioning as intended. I instructed the cx on proper loading procedures and prewash. I also quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the sump. I informed them the sump is functioning and that the loading and prewash is causing the issues that they are having. THe cx is going to decide on the repair at a later time.; saved tckt

"cx complaint unit is not producing clean dishes. inspected unit and entered daig and found fae2. I found wash motor does work. I found water pressure is good. i found unit is dirty, cx is placing grease food inside unit. I found sump is covered in grease. unit is not clean at all. I advised cx to run 2 clean cycles with Affresh and 2 cups of white distilled vinegar. if unit still doesnt produc clean dishes then she will call back."

cx complaint unit makes noise when in use. i found idler was seized. was able to replace it. I also cleaned unit out. i found unit now checks good.
