Found unit door switch was not responding, inspected wires and found unit door switch was not plugged back in after converting gas. Tested unit after plugged in and unit now works as designed. No further work needed, CX paid service fee only. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

i was able to access unit and replace the compressor and filter/dryer as per previous tech. I pulled unit into a 30 in vacuum and found it held for 20 mins. i then charged system with 5.5oz of R134A. found unit began to build a frost pattern. I found unit did not need evap and evap fan. unit now checks good.

cx complaint of water dripping from warm air returns. was able to access unit and unable to find a model and serial number cx stated she informed whirlpool of the sticker being missing. removed evap cover and found clogged fill tube. using steamer cleared ice and found an extra piece of styrofoam that had it blocked. removed and tested unit noe operates as designed collected for service call only
