CX Complaint is the unit light not working in FC. Inspected unit and found the FC light tested switch and its working properly found FC is getting power just not powering light on. Ordering Socket and bulb; ordrng 1 W11661565 (Socket) and 1 W11518235 (Bulb)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is frosting in the freezer section / over temperature. Checked the Evaporator in the freezer. Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. The Freezer Outter liner has its original package tape right where the Door Seal sits against. Removed package tape. Door is now sealing. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"Cx complaint is the unit door giving issues. Inspected unit and found the unit door open and doesnt have much tention pulled unit and found the hinge mount is loose cauing hinge to come loose, Fix and tighten hinge unit tested and is working properly."

CX Complaint is the unit isnt cooling properly and FC lght not coming on. Lights have been changed lights are working the FC light switch is sticking fixed and light came on. Tested unit and found the unit is cooling properly great frost pattern on evap CX states the back cover in FC frosts up really bad. Tested heated in diag and heater is working. tested thermistor and its ot of range for the temp in the FC. Ordering FC thermistor Control; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor) and 1 WPW10739408 (Main control)
