"cx complaint is unit works great as well as all burners but LF keeps clicking after it lit. tested and checked over unit. only issue found is with LF burner and keeps clicking. only left front clicks and doesnt light every time. no other burners click.will order spark mod andleft side manifold jusyt in case. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11319687 (Module, Spark) and 1 W11384736 (Valve Manifold Left Side) and 1 W11573760 (Igniter LF)"

"CX complaint was that teh unit was not completing wash cycle, I found that the unit had a stored F8E1 error codee. I cleared the code and found in a test cycle that the cold water side was not opening. I was able to access and replace the water inlet valve. I then tested the unit and found it to be opperating as designed. I collected $350.60 via check"

"Cx complaint the FC isn't cooling properly. Inspected in FC and found item to be frozen but ice cream was soft. Found little pieces of ice on the evap cover. Entered service and ran test 3, found the RC fan running with baffle open, FC fan wasn't running. Replaced FC fan using pre-id parts, restored power and evap began developing frost pattern with fan running. Unit checks good"

cx explained the i/m wasn't working for a few days now it's working good and ice cream was soft cx moved it to down stairs freezer unit checked good

cx complaint was the water temp out of dispenser was warm/room temp and the unit was freezing items on top shelf explained that the water travels through water line in cabinet which will take the temp up while it's passing through unit to door and he dropped temp to make up for it to 36 i explained that in the top left corner is where the damper is and that's fc air that can't be blocked in thag area because the air needs to blow over the thermistor and anything in front of it will freeze at that temp because that is direct fc air.
