Eric is the consummate professional. Punctual, courteous, expert at what he does, great communicator. We really like and respect him. A great asset for your company and, more importantly, your customers.

the day of the sevice I was very pleased. Technician was very curteous, seemed very knowledable and explained everything to me on his fix actions. However, recently, a couple weeks after the service the refrigerator inte5mittingly started making the same loud humming noise. The technician assessed that the compressor was touching the frame and the refridge wasn't level. He leveled and installed spacers. Worked for couple weeks, so maybe a spacer got lose or needs another? But now not sure if i'll have to go back through warranty process.

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. It would have been nice if he had been a little more personable. I have questions about the refrigerator because I don’t have a manual, but I was afraid to ask. I’ve only had it for a few months, so I don’t know about the settings. He corrected the problem I was having which was pertaining to a setting. I am happy with the result of his visit!
