"Replaced burner tube per prior diagosis. tested unit and same issue. Unit shuits off around260deg. Got it up to 30-5 and checked temp senson(1.5k ohms). Spoke to Drew at WPTL. Went over everything with wiring, votages etc. Found unit was hooked to same breaker as microwave. Unplugged MW and range heated to 350, 375 and 400deg with zero issues. CX needs to have builder put those two appliances on dedicated breaker. Unit is wporking properly. Job is coomplete"

"CX complaint: groaning damper and not ice dispense. Tested and verified complaint. When i uncovered the auger i foiund it covered in frost and some solid ice and will not activate. Ordering ice door, auger motor, and diffuser. Scheduled return visit for 12/11 AM; ordrng 1 W11236851 (diffuser) and 1 W11098702 (door-ice) and 1 W11202789 (motor)"
