Was able to access unit and replace parts. Calibrated and tested unit now checks good no further wotk needed

replaced all parts and testd no noise and checks good ran heat and worked.

cx complaint that unit is not spinning correclty finishing cycle. she had reached out to local app service they came out and verified a gearcase failure. i then today ran through our own checks and test unit and had a faulty capacitor and thats what was leaking the previous compnay thouhgt was gearcase. replaced capacitor with van stock tested and checks good .. full operations.; used 1 W11158831 (CAPACITOR) from stock

"CX complai t is that the unti tuns after the cycle completes. I found that the unit will nned a new motor (W11549461) due to worn out threads on the motor shaft as well as a new Blower wheel (WP697772). I spoke to parts ordering , a return date has been set for 10/27; ordrng 1 W11549461 (motor)"

Was able to access unit and replace part. Tested good no further work needed
