cx coomplant of unit making noise and not starting some times inspected unit found doise commming from drub on suppor wheel drum is cracked at weld unit will need timer start switch drum wheels and idler and belt; ordrng 1 W10899578 (drum) and 1 WP691366 (idler) and 1 341241 (belt) and 1 W11685947 (timer) and 1 W11625516 (start switch)

"opened system and was hard to tell if full of freon or not. so replaced compressor coupler drier first then went to change RC evap to find its damaged. so grabbed freezer evap and installed it then vacuemd system down and is holding vac so filled to 65g and started cooling good. told cx to keep an eye on unit incase we have a leak. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) from stock"

Customer complaint LEd in FC is dimmed. I tested light and is getting full power 120. Bad module. Installed new LED and tested. Unit is bright and is back to normal operations.

Installed new cooling fan and teted. Unit is reaching 350 and fan is working. Unit is not displaying error code. Unit is back to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit is making a loud noises when the compressor turns on. I found the unit is not noisy when i got here and when i opne the door i coan hear the noise and when i close it would go away. I level the unit and the unit is not making noises anymore. The customer stated that is hard to believe that is all it was. I can hear the noise anymore. I can hear a noise coming from the evap fan weh i open the door the fan rattles then speeds up and goes quite. I thing the fan may be the issue.
