"cx complaint of unit not working. checked unit and fund code f5-e1. ran test and passed test. started a load on deep fill and unit almost overfilled onto the floor, would have if i did not stop it. checked vac line and port and is good, transducer on control has failed. removed and replaced control, calibrated, tested, unit is working as designed. just a note but cx is elderly and cannot read. attempted to educate cx on proper washer use and care."
