cx complaint that unit is not going through the cycle automatcicalluy when arrived found the unit to have long fill no fill and found cold screen was caked with dirt from well.. was bale to remove the screen and clean and dirt out and reinserted and then checks good went through the automatically and checks good the unit is now checks good.

Cx complaint is that the lights are out in the top of the RC and the FC. Upon arrival I verified that the unit is within the SP w11460554f. I was able to access and replace all of the LEDs. I then repowered the unit and verified that the unit is now lighting up as intended. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the upper and lower door cam. I then tested the door and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the agitator has failed. Upon arrival I found that the agitator and wash plate have both failed and will not stay together. I was able to replace both parts. Unit is now functioning as intended. job complete

"Cx complaint is that the unit will not drain. Upon arrival I found that the cx had removed the drain hose and removed the water. I entered diag and found that the unit had an F9E1, F0E5 and an F8E6. I then cleared the errors and ran the drain pump. Pump sounds normal. I inspected the harness and found no broken wires. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was able to drain and complete the cycle without any issues. The off balance caused the unit to stop and not finish the drain cycle. I found that the unit is functioning as intended at this time."
