Customer complaint of temperatures fluctuating like crazy all over the place after last visit I found unit needs dataloggers to decide whats going on arrive today and place Dad loggers on bottom of glass shelves at the top of RC and where stuff is freezing near Chris drawer in RC. Rescheduled for seven days and will return to pick up dataloggers then.; schdld next appmnt for 12/8 FRI !

"Arrived today turn power to unit disconnected harness, and remove door, disassembled door and installed all parts on new door once reassembling unit and putting the harness back where it should be and testing, I found the harness hard plastic was rubbing on the frame and making a small noise. attempted to route harness in different directions, but could not seem to get it to stop. Eventually it will rub down where it will no longer make the noise but I explained to customer on our next visit to let us know if its continuing to do it, and we will address, also found unit had one light out and found LEDs are old single point LEDs ordering new multi point LEDs for S code above will return when parts arrive and will address harness rub if it is still there.; ordrng 4 W11632139 (Led 3 module)s"

Customer complaints when putting pots or pans or pressing on top of unit there is a metal squeak. Remove power and took off glass. Top inspected metal tray that all heating elements are sitting on and there are a lot of bows on metal pan tried to straighten as best as I could but was unsuccessful ordering pan for return visit and will replace when part arrives.
