"cx complaint unit isnt dispensing water, or making ice. inspected unit and found both water valves to be working. I found reservoir is frozen in RC. unit needs reservoir and permagum to seal the top of the evap to keep cold air from freezing it. I left the permagum at the home on top of unit. scheduled cx for 12/8/23; ordrng 1 W11204869 (reservoir) and 1 212643 (Permagum Sealer (FG VS)), used 1 212643 (SEALER) from stock"

"cx complaint unit is still putting off a pastic burning smell after last repair. inspected unit and unit was unplugged. plugged unit in and found 0 error codes. ran auto test and found i was getting odor from under unit. I did find odor from motor. I replaced drive motor, splutch, belt, actuator and capacitor from van stock. tested unit and found unit now checks good. filed with WP; ordrng 1 W11481722 (actuator (FG VS)) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor (FG VS)), used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR) from stock"

"cx complaint unit isnt keeping temp in FC. i took a FC temp and found 22 degrees. checked pressures and found 20in vacuum, 48psi high side. compressor amped at .50amps. dumped system and charged with 140psi of nitrogen. I waited about 20mins and found needle moved maybe about 1psi. tried to find leak with soapy bubbles and found no results. I called TL unit to be sent in for review. results will get sent to me.; saved tckt"

"cx complaint units counter light buld went out. he removed cover and bulb glass fell out and hit stove and shot at him. also he side inside light doesnt always work. inspected unit and found triack on control is bad. control is sending voltage to bulb none stop. I also found interlock switches are faulty. unit needs control, bulb and interlock switches. qouted cx and cx declined. (W19H6T0WL1)"

I was able to access unit and replace the FC fan harness as per previous visit. unit checks good.
